“Grouse House,” my neighbor’s house right next door to mine, is available for seasonal rental and would make a terrific retreat for a writer looking for a nice, quiet, stimulating place to work without distraction, as well as just a cool place to spend a vacation for those who enjoy nature, kayaking, fishing etc.  Three bedroom house on ten acres on Lake Champlain in Alburgh, Vermont.  Includes 200 feet of pristine lake frontage, abundant wildlife, woodland trails, and I’m available for authorly commiseration and directions to the package store.  One hour from both Montreal and Burlington.
